Good business hotel
Great location just off marina, pool area was a great place to hang out with plenty of clear sky. Hotel was clean & breakfast was very good. Liked the business cafe downstairs for drinks & lunch during the day (not too expensive).
Staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, which surprised us in Dubai. Particularly the reception & breakfast team.

Overall pleasant stay
Comfortable bed, convenient location, Dubai Marina and its facilities are a 15 minutes walk (or 5 minutes scooter ride) away. Direct road access from SZR without entering the traffic madness of Marina. Pool is narrow but long, so good for doing laps.
Rooms are a bit on the small side. Maintenance team needs to up their standards. Rooms facing east are noisy (even on high floors) due to the Garden on 8 restaurant/club with outdoor live music.
